Portal (support hostname)

A Portal is a first-party hostname that serves one public Anakin agent — chat plus Pages — without requiring a separate website or embed.

What is a Portal?

A Portal is the customer-facing support surface for a published public agent, reached via a platform subdomain ({label}.agents.tryanakin.app).

Same runtime

It uses the same visitor path as /agent/:slug and Website embeds. Chat is the concierge; Pages are the system of record for writes.

Paths

Owners can map short paths (e.g. /returns) to Page ids, or use /p/{pageId}. Unknown paths open chat. / opens chat or a configured default Page.

Branding

Default portal branding shows agent identity plus “Powered by Anakin.” White-label hides Anakin chrome (subscription entitlement).
